Not every agreement fits neatly into a standard category. Some arrangements are personal, short‑term, or highly specific — and still deserve to be clearly documented. Our Other Custom Agreements service is designed for situations where you need a written contract drafted from scratch, based on your unique circumstances.
These agreements are not pre‑made templates. Each document is individually drafted after reviewing your intake information and clarifying the scope, risks, and expectations involved.
Starting at $199, with final pricing based on complexity. A base fee of $199 is required and includes a basic review of the information you provide and a draft agreement. If the complexity is great than would be covered by the $199, then we will reach out with a quote for a full completed agreement. If you choose not to move forward, nothing further will be charged. You will receive the draft completed for $199.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made, including (but not limited to) situations where:
1. The parties decide not to proceed with the agreement after purchase.
2. The agreement is no longer required or circumstances change.
3. You choose not to complete or submit the required intake form.
4. You decide not to proceed with the preparation of the agreement after payment has been made.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable service consisting
of the preparation and review of an agreement based on the information you provide.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute initiated after purchase will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in
legal action to recover the full amount owing, including administrative costs, legal fees, and related expenses.
Taxes
GST is payable by all customers based in Canada (GST Reg # 750435277 RT001)
BC Provincial Sales Tax is payable to customers based in British Columbia only (PST Reg # PST-1502-7724)
