3. You choose not to complete or submit the form.
4. You choose not to proceed with the agreement after making payment.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute initiated after purchase will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in
legal action to recover the full amount owing, including administrative costs, legal fees, and related expenses.
Taxes
GST is payable by all customers based in Canada (GST Reg # 750435277 RT001)
BC Provincial Sales Tax is payable to customers based in British Columbia only (PST Reg # PST-1502-7724)
