If you live in an RV park as your primary home, a standard residential lease may be the wrong fit. This RV Park Full-Time Occupancy Agreement is designed as a private “license to occupy” style contract (permission to use a specific site + park facilities), not a real-estate tenancy/lease—and it’s written to be globally usable (not tied to any one country/state/province).

3. The Resident vacates the site or leaves the RV park earlier than expected or the RV Park evicts the Resident
4. The Resident fails to complete required documentation, approvals, or registration forms
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute initiated after purchase will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in
legal action to recover the full amount owing, including administrative costs, legal fees, and related expenses.
Taxes
GST is payable by all customers based in Canada (GST Reg # 750435277 RT001)
BC Provincial Sales Tax is payable to customers based in British Columbia only (PST Reg # PST-1502-7724)
